SportsSt Vincent's College has a rich history of sporting success, having directed many students into successful sporting endeavours since its inception in 1858. The College is conscious of the importance of physical activity to health and general living, as well as the benefits of competitive team and individual sporting pursuits. Students are encouraged to participate in Interhouse and Interschool Competitions, and elite athletes are supported in achieving their representative goals. Other sporting opportunities are also encouraged at the College through the Physical Education Program and private sports coaching available on-site. Staff are also encouraged to participate, with hockey, netball and touch teams entered in local competitions. Interschool Sport
