St Vincent De Paul… College Patron

With a student population drawn from metropolitan Sydney, rural areas and overseas, your daughter will be a member of a diverse community. Boarding students are fully integrated into the day school and many life-long friendships are formed between boarding and day students.

The College is staffed by highly qualified and experienced people committed to the development of our young women. A hallmark of the teaching staff at St Vincent’s College is that they are dedicated to providing an interesting and challenging learning environment for your daughter.

The Parents and Friends’ Association is the main parent body at St Vincent's College and works in partnership with the staff of the College to ensure quality education for its students.

The Boarders Parents Association is made up of country and overseas parents who meet annually on the first night back of the school year to discuss any items of interest or concern, to elect the committee and to discuss fundraising activities. Area representatives are chosen and these parents are responsible for organising country gatherings throughout the year.

The Ex-Students Union is aimed at fostering a spirit of union among ex-students, and arranging spiritual and social activities in order to encourage ongoing contact with school friends and promote the interests of the College.

The Foundation, as the fundraising arm of the College, continues to ensure that financial support is maintained for the development of the College’s facilities.

The Development Office, which comes under the auspices of the Foundation, is run by the Director of Development who liaises with the College Community and Associated Bodies in promoting, marketing, friend raising and fund raising for the present and future benefits of St Vincent’s College, Potts Point.
