Spaces Worthy of Her Potential

At St Vincent’s College, we believe the environment in which students learn matters. The spaces where girls gather with friends, collaborate on ideas, seek support, express creativity and connect as a community all shape their experience of school life.

Over recent years, significant planning and preparation have taken place to prepare for the future of our College. While much of this planning has taken place behind the scenes, it has been guided by a clear purpose: ensuring that current and future generations of Vinnies girls have the spaces, opportunities and support they deserve.

The Masterplan represents the next chapter in this journey. While there is more to share in the months ahead, we are confident in the direction ahead and excited by the opportunities this vision will create for current and future students.

At its heart, the Masterplan is not simply about buildings.

It is about creating contemporary and flexible environments that reflect the quality of education we provide and the aspirations we hold for every young woman in our care. Environments that support wellbeing, strengthen connection and community, and encourage girls to learn, collaborate, create and grow with confidence.

The Masterplan is grounded in the College values and shaped by a commitment to ensuring that every young woman who walks through our gates feels supported, connected and inspired to thrive.

Work has begun to prepare the tender documentation along with many of the enabling works associated with a building of this scale such as fire services, surveying the site, heritage preservation of artefacts such as the Grotto and planning for the relocation of services.

Building on a Tradition of Generosity

Generosity has always been part of the St Vincent’s story.

The opportunities our students enjoy today exist because previous generations chose to invest in their future. Today, we have the privilege and responsibility of continuing that tradition.

As we prepare for this next chapter, philanthropic support will play an important role in helping bring this vision to life. Leading Capital Gifts are critical to launching the next phase. These transformative gifts can either be pledged over several years or given as a single gift.

To find out more about the impact of such a gift please contact the Advancement Office. We would be delighted to share more extensively with you the College’s plans for the future.
