Early Entry Scheme.

UTS, Sydney will no longer be offering their EARLY ENTRY scheme for students planning to study at UTS from 2027 onwards. Although UTS have retired their Early Entry Scheme rest assured that every school leaver aspiring to study at UTS will continue to have excellent opportunities to pursue their ambitions through other admissions pathways. UTS will continue to welcome applications via the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) as the main admissions channel for undergraduate entry.

UCAT

UCAT stands for University Clinical Aptitude Test. To enter most medical and dental schools in Australia, you will need to succeed in the UCAT. That's why NIE has developed the "Future Doctors Australia" program. This engaging and high-impact 4-day program provides young people with a unique opportunity to gain medical work experience in a safe and structured environment. Participants will have the opportunity to spend time with current junior and senior medical students. They will also have the rare opportunity to spend time with more senior clinicians and various medical specialists. 2026 Voyages – Join the Young Endeavour

Applications are now open for voyages sailing along the eastern and southern coastline of Australia in 2026 for young adults aged between 16-23.

Young Endeavour undertakes around 20 voyages each year, mostly along the east and south coasts of Australia. During each voyage we embark 24 young Australians – the Youth Crew – and nine specially trained Royal Australian Navy Staff Crew. Use this link here to find out more.

Webinar Wednesdays (weekly during NSW school terms, February – November)

USYD’s weekly webinar series kicks off on Wednesday, 11 February. These sessions are designed to help students discover what it's like to study different degree at the University of Sydney. The webinars are best suited to Years 10-12 and include tips on preparing for university and how to choose a course.
