Executive Assistant for Teaching and Learning

St Vincent's College is a Catholic Day and Boarding College for Girls in Years 7 to 12. The College was founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1858, now under the Stewardship of Mary Aikenhead and fosters creativity, discernment and leadership in the development of students to be courageous women of action.
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of Teaching and Learning. The successful candidate will be part of the Administration Team. This is an on-site position, 5 days a week at the College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to facilitate efficient operation of teaching and learning
- Manage parent communications in an appropriate and timely manner
- Undertake data entry, analytics and report management across a range of platforms
- Create and publish College documents and handbooks
- Liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external to the College
- Calendar management
- End-to-end coordination and organisation of events through online systems and portals
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- A high level of administration competence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical skills across a range of platforms and databases, including Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage, but not essential
